Ron LaSalvia joined Endurance in 2011 to lead the company's operations. Prior to joining the Endurance team, Ron served as the Chief Operating Officer of Decision Strategies International (DSI), a leading strategy consulting firm, where he led the public sector and energy consulting practices. Prior to joining DSI, Ron worked with technology companies to develop strategy and solve challenging leadership, alignment, communication and organizational development issues.
Ron served in leadership positions within the United States Navy for more than 24 years, commanding two nuclear-powered fast-attack submarines. During his last military assignment, he served on the staff of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, managing the process for the development of future strategic and tactical capabilities. Ron has earned numerous military decorations, including the Defense Superior Service Medal and the Legion of Merit.
Ron holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was designated a Palmer Scholar, Wharton's highest academic honor. He also has a M.S. in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Gary Engel guides both the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of Customer Support, Technical Support and Sales. Utilizing his
more than 20 years experience building and managing sales and support organizations, Gary works with a team of more than 1,000 representatives
to ensure that our growing customer base receives outstanding support. He also directs all support functions during the transition of acquired customers to our platform.
Prior to joining Endurance in the spring of 2002, Gary was a founding member of eSupportNow, providing multi-channel customer care and data analysis. While there, Gary created the strategy and direction for a team of more than 400 throughout nine global locations, delivering outstanding service to some of the industry's leading e-commerce sites. Gary also served on the integration team at NSTAR, defining the strategies for the merger of Boston Edison and Commonwealth Energy. Gary holds his B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Brian Brock is responsible for managing Endurance's network infrastructure and data centers. Brian joined the company in 2007 as the Senior Director of Network Operations, and was promoted to Vice President less than a year later. While still heavily involved in the day-to-day operations, Brian mainly focuses on identifying strategic opportunities for improvement and growth. Brian has been involved in supporting data centers, as well as building and managing technical teams for more than 20 years, with leaders such as BBN/Genuity and Guardent/Verisign.
